Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website interquality.in and any services provided by Inter Quality Certification Limited ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), whose registered office is at Pitampura, Delhi – 110034, India. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you ("the Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Inter Quality Certification Limited provides ISO certification consultancy, gap analysis, documentation support, internal audit preparation, verification services, and company registration assistance to businesses across India. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of certification outcome; certification decisions are made following an independent assessment against the relevant ISO Standard.

2. Quotes, Fees & Payment

  1. Quotes provided via our online fee calculator, contact forms, or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide (staff numbers, sector, number of sites, scope of certification, etc.) and are subject to confirmation once we have reviewed your specific requirements.
  2. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless expressly stated to be inclusive.
  3. Payment terms will be confirmed in your service agreement or invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services, including audit scheduling or certificate issuance, until outstanding amounts are settled.
  4. Prices are subject to change; any change will not affect a quote already confirmed in writing.

3. The Certification Process

Our certification process typically involves the following stages, as outlined on our website:

  1. Gap analysis – reviewing your current processes against the requirements of the relevant ISO Standard.
  2. Implementation – supporting you in addressing any gaps identified, using templates and guidance provided through our online platform.
  3. Certification audit – an independent auditor will assess whether your organisation meets the Standard's requirements before a certification recommendation is made.

Following certification, an ongoing three-year certification cycle applies, comprising annual surveillance and recertification audits. It is your responsibility to make your organisation reasonably available for these scheduled audits, which may be carried out onsite or remotely at our discretion.

4. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when requesting quotes or engaging our services;
  • Cooperate reasonably with our consultants and auditors, including providing timely access to relevant documentation, personnel, and premises where required for an audit;
  • Notify us promptly of any material change to your organisation that may affect your certification (e.g. change of scope, address, or ownership);
  • Use any certification marks, logos, or references to your ISO certification status only in accordance with our usage guidelines and only while your certification remains valid.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Either party may cancel a service engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in your service agreement. Fees already incurred for work completed (including audit time booked or already carried out) up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. Where no signed agreement exists, cancellation requests should be sent in writing to info@interquality.in and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inter Quality Certification Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of business, profits, or reputation) arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet or utility outages, or other circumstances of force majeure.
