Olly is an experienced Managing Director and operations leader with ISO expertise. He focuses on driving growth and improving efficiency through clear strategy and practical leadership.
Olly leads the ISO services strategy and has played a key role in the evolution from QMS to Inter Quality Certification. With over nine years in senior roles within The Citation Group, Olly brings a strong commercial mindset and a hands-on, client-focused approach.
His leadership continues to position the business as a forward-thinking and trusted ISO partner for growing organisations.
Tonia joined Inter Quality Certification in 2015. As Customer Experience Director, she leads our renewals, bookings and retention teams, taking charge of our customer experience. She also makes sure we reach our targets and build the right systems and processes to support high-quality customer service.
Specialising in people management, process re-engineering and systems development, Tonia works consistently to lead her teams and achieve a quality end result. Tonia’s background is in contact centres and operations management in sectors including energy, financial services, IT & telecoms and emergency services.
She has held several senior roles, driving growth and development through multiple sales and service channels. When not at work, Tonia enjoys floristry, interior design, shopping and travel.
Sam is a commercially focused Head of Marketing with over a decade’s experience delivering strategic, data-led campaigns across multiple sectors in the India and internationally, bringing a well-rounded approach to his role.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, he leads the marketing strategy across the certification division of The Citation Group, with a focus on optimising brand performance, generating demand, and turning insight into sustainable growth.
A proud Yorkshireman, Sam blends straight-talking pragmatism with creative thinking to ensure marketing doesn’t just look good, but delivers real results, helping more organisations achieve and maintain ISO certification with confidence.

All relevant activities operate to the ISO 17021:2015 standard and Citation ISO is accredited by the ASCB, an Accreditation Body which is respected for its integrity and impartiality throughout the world.
To date ASCB has accredited over 90 Certification Bodies and registered over 3500 Assessors, Auditors and quality related personnel achievements.
