We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, including when you:

  • Submit our contact form — first name, last name, email address, telephone number, company name, and your message;
  • Request an instant quote or use our ISO fee calculator — first name, last name, email address, telephone number, total staff numbers, sector, and number of business sites/locations;
  • Sign up to our mailing list — email address;
  • Call or email us directly — any information you choose to share.

We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, typically via standard server logs and cookies (see Section 6).

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes for ISO certification, consultancy, verification, or company registration services;
  • Deliver and manage services you have engaged us for, including scheduling audits and issuing certification documentation;
  • Send you information you have specifically requested, such as newsletter updates, where you have opted in;
  • Improve our website and services;
  • Comply with our legal, regulatory, and accreditation-body obligations;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse of our website (including automated bot submissions).

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the DPDP Act, we process your personal data on the basis of:

  • Your consent — for example, when you submit a form or sign up to our mailing list, which you may withdraw at any time (see Section 7);
  • Legitimate use — where you have voluntarily provided your data to us for a specified purpose, such as requesting a quote, and processing is necessary to respond to that request;
  • Compliance with law — where we are required to retain or disclose information to meet a legal or regulatory obligation.

4. How We Protect Your Data

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures in line with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, including encrypted transmission of form submissions, access controls, and safeguards against automated/bot submissions (such as honeypot fields and request validation). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Our staff, consultants, and auditors involved in delivering your requested service;

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Request erasure of your personal data, where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations;

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements associated with certification records.
